This is a dual coffee maker. I really enjoy that fact that I can use it with any type of coffee. Whether it's ground, or K-cup. I even use it for making hot water, and it was a really great price. I plan on purchasing one for my home. I purchased one for the office, and they love it.

This was an old model before they had the imprinted Caution warning on the lid. I have two other Bella Dual Brew machines so I know. This one still has a plastic smell after running 5 or 6 batches of plain water through it. In the newer ones the plastic smell was gone after two batches of water was run through them. Not the sellers fault, I was sold exactly what was offered I just did not know it was an older model when I purchased it. Obviously I really like this product (the newer version) or I would not have purchased a third . I have rental units that is why i have purchased several, not because they broke or i was unsatisfied with them.

Great refurbished versatile, single serve coffee maker at a great savings over purchasing a new one. Only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was it was received requiring quite a cleaning (old coffee grounds in the packing material), and it took a bit longer (approx. 2-3 weeks) to finally receive than I would have expected.

Not very many people in our house drink coffee, and I only drink it sparingly, so I thought this would be a good option for me. Very simple to use and brews realitively fast. Easy to clean, which is good since the pods almost always drip when removing them from the casing. There is a bit of a "plastic" taste for the first several cups even rinsing through the unit as recommended. Does not take up a bunch of counter space, which is good.

This is the best coffeemaker that I have bought in years. I threw out my Keurig. It's a very quiet coffeemaker, takes up less space. You can brew with k cups or ground coffee. I bought 2 of these and I'm going to buy more.
