JVC LT-32P300 32" LCD 1080p HDTV with 6ms response time, 3 HDMI inputs, 1 VGA input, 2 component video inputs, and Teledock for $424 with free shipping. Native contrast ratio is a little low at 1500:1 true contrast, 3700:1 dynamic. Their "Teledock" is designed for mounting an iPod on the TV, for playing video, audio, and photos while charging the iPod. Page 13 on this Teledock info shows the only iPods compatible with this TV, including iPod, iPod 4G/5G, Touch, Nano 1G/2G/3G/4G, and iPod Mini. The FAQ on page 15 says it is not iPhone compatible.

Even without the iPod dock, $424 is a pretty good deal for a 1080p 32" TV. Some reviews are good, some reviews are fair.

JR.com - 12" Digital Picture Frame for $88 or $90 online, $79 in-store
Polaroid XSA-12611D 12" Digital Picture Frame with 1200x800 resolution for $79 with in-store pickup in lower Manhattan. Add about $9 for ground shipping (after Christmas delivery for $88 total), or $11 for 2-day shipping (for delivery by December 24 for $90 total). Other stores sell it for $110 to $125, however without any online reviews this deal is a little risky. Great price for a 1200x800 picture frame, but similar models of this frame have very poor reviews.
