Dell.com - Windows 7 Home Upgrade for $70
Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade for $70, which is $30 to $40 less than what it normally costs. To use the upgrade, you must already have a valid license of Windows Vista, XP, or 2000 on your computer. Windows Vista users can do an in-place upgrade (retaining all programs and settings) whereas XP and 2000 users will be forced to do a clean install. During the upgrade, you can choose either 32bit or 64bit. 32bit has better compatibility with existing programs, but 64 bit allows using memory (RAM) sizes above 4GB. If you are concerned about stability of your computer and software, we recommend 32bit.
