  Rosewill RSH-511M 11-Sheet Crosscut Shredder for $35. The page says a $50 purchase is required to get free shipping, regardless their site does grant free 3-day shipping during checkout of this item. It's a table-stop shredder, not one of those large garbage can-size shredders.
